Waste Runners

“Waste Runners” is our door-to-door, valet waste

collection and recycling service that will set your

community apart with the growing number of

environmentally conscientious residents and

significantly reduce your garbage bill at the same

time!

No longer will your tenants need to lug the trash

out to the dumpsters. You can now provide the

luxury amenity of residential “curbside” garbage

service to your residents with Waste Runners.

By utilizing our service your community will increase its recycling contribution on average by 30-50%, helping you easily exceed recycling initiatives.

The best part is the positive impact to your bottom line; on average we are able to reduce your existing garbage costs by 1/3, while setting a new standard for keeping your grounds clean.

Waste Runners Service Overview:

  • Your Waste Runners uniformed team member will go

door-to-door, 2 days a week, to collect both the rubbish

and recycling from your tenants doorsteps and sort it

properly into the dumpsters.

  • Your tenants simply set out their trash and recycling on

designated pickup days and our staff will be by that

morning to pick it up.

  • When the garbage and recycling are sorted into the

dumpsters the enclosures will also be swept, blown

out and picked up whenever needed ensuring that your

grounds stay immaculate.

Additional Services included in using Waste Runners:

  • Pet waste collection service, 2 days a week we will clean the designated receptacles in your dog runs and pet waste stations.

  • Turns service, where we provide discounted pricing for clear-outs or units that are abandoned with tenant property left inside.

With Waste Runners your staff will be freed from time previously spent on waste related tasks to use that time on more beneficial maintenance projects. Our frequent service reviews and regular presence on your grounds make us an extension of your maintenance staff and enable us to anticipate problems before they arise and prevent large messes or overflows from ever happening.
